A simple technique to clear your field after doing energy work is to do the following:

• Hold your pendulum in one hand and start in swinging in a circular fashion.
• Hold your hand under slowly running water.
• As the pendulum swings repeat the phrase: 'I release all negatives from within and without my aura across all levels and all time that have been created by humans ...' 
  
• Keep your hand in the water until the pendulum stops swinging.

Repeat this technique naming the following possible factors in influencing your energy field.
- Earth

- Spiritual Entities

- Animals

- Any other influences.
